MBAngels Terms & Conditions Governing Access to & Use of Website & Membership System

Registration

Access to MBAngels Membership Services and Products is restricted to users who have registered their details with us. You must use your real name and your own email. You must not provide false details when you register. You must not share your access to the Membership System. You may upgrade your membership at any time by emailing your new requirements to rachel@mbangels.com

We may refuse or remove or suspend your registration at any time.

Intellectual Property & Copyright Materials

MBAngels is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights and Registered Trade Marks accessed via the website and the Membership System. As a registered Member, for the period of your membership, you are granted temporary, revocable, limited access to the facilities appropriate to your grade of membership.

You must not copy or extract any content without specific permission from MBAngels.

You must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any product or service offered by MBAngels.

MBAngels encourages you to submit content to the Membership System providing it is your own and you grant MBAngels a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such content in any form decided by MBAngels. MBAngels will always acknowledge you as the originator of the identifiable source material.

Behaviour Protocols

MBAngels Members are required to be respectful, legal, honourable at all times.

Aggressive, abusive, hostile materials in any format are not permitted.

Naturally, MBAngels expects all Members to ensure they maintain their arrangements for payment of subscriptions.
